Rachel’s approach is built on forming authentic connections and creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can navigate life’s challenges and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Her commitment to nurturing client well-being and helping them build strategies for lasting change is evident in her warm, supportive demeanor.
Rachel works with a diverse range of clients and has significant experience supporting veterans, first responders, and sex-work industry members who often face unique stressors and challenges. Her ability to tailor her therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client allows her to make meaningful impacts on their lives.
Rachel supports clients experiencing depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder symptoms, behavioral issues, career concerns, caregiver stress and burnout, parenting (including single parents), self-esteem challenges, sleep issues, stress management, and women's issues. She believes in empowering her clients to develop practical skills and insights to improve their well-being and enhance their quality of life. Through compassionate guidance and collaborative exploration, Rachel strives to help clients find clarity and strengthen their emotional resilience.
