We believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone. As people choose to make a change, improve their quality of life, and reduce their struggles and suffering - many find the financial cost of private therapy is a barrier, especially those with limited or no extended health care benefits.
Therapy should help reduce your stress, not add to it with expensive fees that break the budget. Our Registered Psychotherapist Associates (Tania, Lisa , Faisal, Alexis, Caitlin, Ashleigh, and Tanya) all offer a sliding scale.
Our Graduate Intern Therapists' session fees are only $35 for individual and $45 for couples - a fraction of the average full-rate private practice fee.
We know the best therapy is flexible, accessible, and tailored to fit you, your experiences, your needs, and your goals. Learn more about our Graduate Interns, our Clinical Supervisor, and the benefits of working with a Graduate Intern Counsellor below.

A Graduate Intern Therapist is someone who is on the final step of their Graduate Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling Psychology.
They have completed all of their academic coursework, and are prepared and fully equipped with a broad scope, and most recent approaches, of counselling and psychotherapy practices.
The Graduate Intern's placement usually lasts for 7 to 8 months, and entails receiving close clinical supervision, by a qualified and experienced supervisor.
During this time the intern, not only gains valuable experience and knowledge, but also work towards their licensure requirements for independent practice.
There are many reasons to choose a Graduate Intern Therapist.
In addition to flexibility and convenience, a Graduate Intern brings fresh, up-to-date, therapeutic approaches, techniques and perspectives.
Throughout their internship, your therapist is actively working closely with a seasoned and highly experienced Psychotherapist Clinical Supervisor; essentially giving you two therapists in one, and the best of both worlds.
Additionally, the cost of working with a Graduate Intern is significantly lower than fully Registered Psychotherapists. For those who have limited or no extended health care benefits, working with a Graduate Intern can enable you to access therapy affordably.
