Graeme is a compassionate and dedicated graduate intern therapist who brings a wealth of empathy and understanding to his work with clients. He is strongly committed to supporting adults, older adults, and couples, as well as first responders, veterans, single parents, and members of the LGBTQA+ community.
Graeme’s approach is rooted in creating a safe space for his clients' suffering while encouraging their growth and vitality. He welcomes clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment. He believes in empowering clients to harness their courage and equipping them with new skills and strategies when exploring and making their choices. His experience working with individuals experiencing addiction, poverty, and discrimination allows him to meet clients’ where they are, acknowledging and respecting their unique personal experiences and needs.
Graeme is adept at helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including addiction, anxiety, career concerns, chronic illness and pain, depression, grief, and parenting concerns. He also works with clients facing relationship issues (including non-monogamous and poly relationships), stress management difficulties, and men’s issues, providing an accepting and encouraging space to address concerns deeply and openly.
With his warm, understanding nature, Graeme is committed to guiding his clients towards meaningful and vital lives.
