Amy believes everyone is the expert of their own story, with the capacity to shape their own lives through perspective and change. She uses a collaborative and curious approach, striving to understand clients’ past experiences, current struggles, and future goals. Using a person-centred approach, Amy helps clients find and believe in their own strengths.
Amy spent two decades in the fast-paced communications field and understands the effects of work pressure and conflict. She also supports clients who struggle with family and relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, feelings of inadequacy, perfectionism, life transitions, and grief. Amy aims to help clients identify and achieve their goals, while turning down the volume on their inner critic.
Amy is a passionate LGBTQ+ ally and works with teens (12+), adults and seniors.
