Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about creating a non-
judgemental, empathetic, and compassionate space where clients can explore life's challenges,
reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater balance and self-discovery.

She works with adults, teens, and couples navigating concerns such as infertility, perinatal
mental health, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, stress, low self-esteem, women's issues, and
parenting challenges.

Nicole's primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which
helps clients develop psychological flexibility, build a different relationship with difficult
thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action guided by their values. She also integrates
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parts work, and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide a
collaborative, individualized approach that reflects each client's unique needs, goals, and
strengths.

Nicole believes that clients are the experts in their own lives. She works alongside them to build
resilience, deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping strategies, and create lasting,
meaningful change. Through this collaborative process, she supports clients in navigating life's
challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
