Mimi is a graduate intern therapist completing her Master’s degree in psychotherapy. She takes a collaborative, client-centred approach and is committed to helping clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

Mimi works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, and is passionate about helping people express themselves more confidently and communicate more effectively in their relationships. She believes meaningful change often happens through small, consistent steps, and she supports clients in identifying their strengths, building practical coping strategies, and moving toward goals they can feel proud of.
