Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Are relationship conflicts, life transitions, or a search for deeper meaning leaving you feeling uncertain or disconnected?

Michelle brings both curiosity and structure to the therapeutic process. She creates a supportive space for self-exploration while helping clients identify barriers to change and practical steps forward. Grounded in optimism, she believes meaningful growth is possible when insight is paired with action.

Michelle works from a holistic, body-centred perspective. Her approach is collaborative, relational, experiential, and practical. She integrates strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, and solution-focused therapy, along with other evidence-based practices. Her background as a registered nurse, kinesiologist, ABM Neuromovement practitioner, and first responder informs her whole-person understanding of stress, resilience, and healing.
