With lived experience and a professional background as a sports chiropractor and kinesiologist, Erica has a unique ability to integrate mind and body awareness with psychological insight. Her holistic approach enables nervous system regulation, emotional processing, healing, growth, and everyday strategies that make life more workable.
Erica supports youth, adults, couples, and families with concerns that include anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, life transitions, relationship and parenting challenges, and the complex effects of illness or injury. She has a particular interest in helping athletes develop mental resilience and a performance mindset that supports both athletic and personal success.
Erica also supports individuals and families through significant life changes and health-related challenges. She has training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and works with couples who want to rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationships.
