Shadi is accepting new clients for October 2026

Shadi is a Graduate Intern Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), offering a compassionate, collaborative, and structured approach to therapy. She believes therapy can help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life challenges while developing practical tools for meaningful change. Working from a client-centered and culturally sensitive lens, Shadi aims to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.

She tailors her work to each client’s needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, psychoeducation, skills-based interventions, and Gottman-informed strategies to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and personal growth.

Shadi supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, couples communication concerns, and life transitions.

Prior to her counselling training, she completed a PhD in aeronautical engineering, which informs her interest in performance pressure, fatigue, decision-making, and stress in high-responsibility environments. Her goal is to help clients explore what may be keeping them stuck, build practical coping strategies, and move toward greater balance, confidence, and connection.

Shadi also offers sessions in Farsi.
