Melissa is a Graduate Intern Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering a compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She believes that healing begins with understanding, and that every person has the inner strength and wisdom to achieve the growth and change they deserve.

Working from a non-pathologizing, client-centered, and anti-oppressive lens, Melissa creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and identities at their own pace. She tailors each session to meet individual needs, drawing from client-centered and trauma-informed perspectives to foster greater self-awareness, healing, resilience, and self-compassion.

Melissa supports clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges.
