Caitlin has over ten years of experience in healthcare, supporting individuals, couples, and families. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC, and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has an MA in Counselling Psychology and an MSC in Genetic Counselling.
Caitlin is a caring, compassionate, and flexible therapist. She believes in a collaborative approach, tailoring her counselling to best fit each client's unique experiences. Caitlin provides a safe and non-judgmental space; she is an LGBTQ+ ally and has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Caitlin uses a number of methodologies, such as DBT, ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing, to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Caitlin supports clients who are dealing with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflict, parenting concerns, chronic illness and pain, low self-esteem, BPD & C-PTSD, life transitions, and anger. She also understands the unique demands and challenges faced by those who work in high-pressure professions, such as aviation.
