Amy is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) who believes everyone is the expert of their own story, with the capacity to shape their own lives through perspective and change. She uses a collaborative and curious approach, striving to understand clients’ past experiences, current struggles, and future goals. Using a person-centred approach, Amy helps clients find and believe in their own strengths.
Amy spent two decades working as a journalist and understands the effects of work pressure and conflict. She also supports clients who struggle with family and relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, feelings of inadequacy, perfectionism, life transitions, ADHD symptoms, and grief. Amy aims to help clients identify and achieve their goals while turning down the volume on their inner critic.
